What every Paperless plan includes
What to check before you buy
A plan with no included hours is not cheaper than a slightly pricier one that actually fixes things — count what is included, not just the headline number.
A named developer beats an anonymous ticket queue when your site is down and you are losing sales.
Updates tested on a staging copy first, with rollback, beat updates pushed straight to your live site.
A backup nobody has ever restored is a hope, not a safety net. Ask when they last tested a restore.
Many maintenance plans are WordPress-only. If you run WooCommerce or Shopify, make sure it is covered under the same plan.
Month-to-month keeps a provider earning your renewal by being good. A long contract does not.
