What do we know about x.com?

x.com is all apart of Mr. Musk’s plan to rebrand Twitter. From day one, he’s been calling the Twitter acquisition by X Corp. This signifies that X Corp and x.com compliments each other in this whole rebranding stint he has undertaken.

What does this mean for the Caribbean and your local businesses?

It’s too early to tell but everyone should be on the lookout to see what other changes Elon reveals over the next coming days and weeks. We’ve seen new and trending social media platforms launched within the past year alone. A notable one being threads by Meta. That addition places Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and others under the same Meta umbrella.

How does this affect Caribbean Developers and Social Media Managers?

More than likely, we will need to learn more about the backend of x.com and figure out how much has changed under the hood. We need to understand if there’s new ways of doing things maybe through an API or layout changes etc. Caribbean Web Developers always need to keep their skills up-to-date to bring forth the most professional projects for their clients. Even as Social Media Managers, your clients should always stay in the loop with new happenings around the globe.
