The WA Hub operates distinctively from the WhatsApp Business App in terms of initiating communication with customers. Rather than starting conversations spontaneously, you must use Meta's pre-approved templates and await the recipients' responses before proceeding with the discussion. These templates fall into three primary categories:

If you would like to use your same number, then you first need to backup and delete your account from WhatsApp Personal or WhatsApp Business and then link it to the WA Hub service.

Contacts refers to the amount of individual numbers you can upload to our platform. In other words, if you have 2 numbers for John Doe then he will be counted as twice when you upload his contact to our system.

These are structured messages you send to your contacts such as marketing a new product / service, account updates or authentication messages. Example: sending a mass message to all your contacts is counted as 1 campaign.

Messages refers to the amount of times our bot has to respond to your customers. It does not include the communications you or your agents have with those customers. Example: If you run an ad and 100 persons message you, if you have a welcome message bot configured then you will use 100 messages. Even if you take over the conversation and to chat with your customer, our system will still only register those 100 messages our bot sent.

We presently have 3 major support tiers:

Basic - Responses can take up to 72 hours to obtain a response

Priority - Responses are generally handled within 24 hours

Premium - Responses within 6 hours

 

Agent Accounts gives you the ability to create multiple login accounts for you and your staff so everyone can access the same whatsapp from the web interface. You can create an unlimited number of accounts. Agent accounts also gives you the ability to assign chats to different persons. Example, if you have 5 team members (sales, support, operations, cashier, Owner / Manager), everyone can obtain an account with a separate login. If a chat comes through which requires the attention of sales staff then that chat can be assigned to them and taken over from there. This gives your business a better way to communicate and handle customer requests from one hub without the customer feeling neglected by delayed responses from the one employee handling all requests.

Dedicated Account Managers are your liaison between your organization and WA Hub. They do all the hand holding by assisting you to setup and configure your account in the most optimum manner to ensure you are using the extent of the application. He / She will also be your main form of communication to get you the help needed whenever requested.
