Position: Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth by identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored digital solutions.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services.
  • Monitor project progress across all communication channels and manage client expectations.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
  • Prepare and present proposals and pitches to clients.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
  • Gather client feedback to improve services and client satisfaction.

Market Insight:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their digital strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in account management or sales, preferably in digital marketing or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
